📦 Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please note: During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please allow extra time in case of customs clearance, weather events, or public holidays.

🔄 Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
        •        Items currently in stock will be shipped first
        •        Remaining items will be sent as soon as they become available
        •        You may receive your order in multiple shipments at no extra cost

📦 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if you provided a phone number) once your package ships.
You can also check your package status on our Order Tracking Page.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

💸 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

Tong & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you haven’t received it:
        1.        Check with neighbors, front desk, or building manager
        2.        Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking details
